For Landlords who are happy to manage tenancy themselves. We will find a Tenant for you, meet all of the legal and administrative requirements, then hand the tenancy over to you once the move in is complete!
In addition to the Tenant Find service, we will collect the rent each month and remit it to you. If there are rent collection issues, we will take the relevant steps to bring payments up to date, taking the hassle out of the whole process.
